Listed as a Federal Endangered Species, the Blunt-nosed Leopard Lizard is no longer present throughout most of
its former range as the habitat has been transformed by farming, urban development, overgrazing, oil wells, mining,
reservoirs, and off-road vehicle use.

This painting consists of three units. The edges of the paper have been torn on each. The two back pieces of this
painting are painted out of focus. The forward piece has been painted with details and is floating 1/4 inch above the
bottom units. In the framed package the entire painting is floating 1/2 inch above the back board.
